International mobility opportunities for study, research and teaching

Mobility for study purposes

 

 

  • ERASMUS+  (DISCAB Area Contacts and Useful Links)

The Erasmus+ Program offers the opportunity to undertake a study abroad stay, from a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 12 months for each cycle of studies (I, II and III), at a Partner Institute with which the University of L'Aquila has entered into an Inter-Institutional Agreement.

  • VINCI Program 

The Università Italo Francese is an institution that promotes university and scientific collaboration between Italy and France in the field of continuing education and research through the awarding of funding for joint degrees or double degrees (Laurea Magistrale/Master's degree)

  • DAAD Program 

A program to encourage academic and scientific mobility to Germany, DAAD offers a wide choice of scholarships for short and long stays. The entire academic community can apply to DAAD Italy's calls for applications: students, undergraduates, graduate students, PhDs, researchers and professors.

  • Fulbright Program

The Fulbright Program funds scholarships to attend postgraduate university courses (Master's or Ph.D.) at universities in the U.S.
 

  • SUSI Program

The purpose of the SUSI - STUDY OF THE U.S. INSTITUTES FOR STUDENTS LEADERS program is to offer students the opportunity to take academic courses on a specific theme, allowing them to gain a greater understanding of U.S. culture while strengthening Leadership Skills in their specific areas of study. The Program generally takes place during 5 weeks of intensive academic studies between the months of June and August.

  
Mobility for Internship/Research Activities

The Erasmus+ Program offers mobility grants abroad, at a Company or Institutions of Higher Education, for the purpose of conducting a training internship lasting between 2 and 12 months

 

  • VINCI Program

he Università Italo Francese is an institution that promotes university and scientific collaboration between Italy and France in the field of continuing education and research by awarding funding mobility grants for cotutela doctoral theses and three-year cotutela doctoral scholarships/contrats doctoraux for cotutela theses

 

  • Galileo Program

Scientific cooperation program between Italy and France aimed at stimulating the development of new scientific cooperation relations between the two countries, on the basis of joint projects lasting up to 2 years, particularly encouraging Italian-French research exchanges, between groups consisting of young researchers
 

  • DAAD Program

Mobility for teaching activities and technical-administrative personnel


  • ERASMUS+

The Erasmus+ Program offers mobility grants of 2 days to 2 months to the University's teaching and technical-administrative staff to carry out a period of training or teaching activity abroad, at a partner institute or "host company, " in a country participating in the Program

 

  • Visiting Professor Program Università Italo Francese

The Università Italo Francese, as part of the activities undertaken in the field of higher education, financially supports French universities interested in hosting faculty, scholars or professionals from Italian university institutions, research organizations or companies.

  • Fulbright scholar in residence Program

The Fulbright - Scholar in Residence Program is funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Institute of International Education (IIE) in collaboration with the Fulbright Commissions that allows colleges and universities in the United States to invite international faculty to teach for a full academic year or semester.
